Remove all packaging materials and check the dishwasher for any transport damage. Contact your supplier if the appliance is damaged and do not connect a damaged appliance.
The dishwasher must be installed on a firm and level floor. For built-in, integrated, and fully integrated dishwashers, adjust the rear feet from the front of the appliance using a screwdriver.
If the dishwasher is set up next to a cooker, install a heat-insulating, non-flammable plate between the dishwasher and the cooker, flush to the top edge of the work surface. Ensure the appliance is stable and level by extending the threaded feet using a screwdriver.
Fit the elbow to the drain hose and secure it against sliding off the edge of the wash basin. Pass a piece of cord through the hose elbow and fix it to the wall or the tap.
Ensure the dishwasher is fitted with safety devices to prevent wash water from returning into the drinking water system. Open the tap fully to provide water to the appliance.
Ensure the nominal voltage and type of supply on the rating plate match the supply where the appliance is to be installed. Live parts must not be accessible after installation.
Remove all clips securing the dish racks for transport. Adjust the water softener according to the hardness of your water supply. Fill the salt container with special salt and the rinse aid dispenser with rinse aid.
Load cutlery and dishes ensuring that the spray arms are free to rotate. Do not wash sponges or household cloths in the dishwasher.
Press the ON/OFF switch. Select the required wash programme using the programme button. The programme indicator and wash programme steps will illuminate, and the selected programme will start after a few seconds.
